We are a small family run business and aim to process and package up orders in 1-3 working days of receiving your order depending on the volume of orders we have. ​ All orders will be shipped with insurance and include end to end tracking due to the value of the dolls. A tracking number will also be emailed to you once your order has been shipped out and fulfilled. Please note we do not ship orders on public holidays or weekends and our cut off time is 2.00pm GMT Time.

 

Delivery time for orders are as follows;​ Due to delivery strikes in the UK, please allow an extra 2-3 days for your order to arrive

Europe 3-5 working days

ATTENTION! International Customs and Duty Fee information - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE

1. Please note that your packages may arrive in imperfect packing condition due to import inspection. We try our very best to pack the item so it is well padded, secure and does not get damaged during transit, however we cannot control your local customs clearance process. 

2. The price of the mannequin dolls DOES NOT include International tax or duty fee. Dolls are shipped from the UK, When the item arrives in your country, you'll be contacted if you need to pay additional tax/customs. The payment will need to be made before they give the item to you. We DO NOT cover these fees and they MUST be paid by the customer. 

3. Here are some details on custom fees for our top countries to give you an idea of what you might need to pay: 

* USA: No tax for products up to USD$800

* CANADA: You may be charged 6.5% duty and 12% tax

* AUSTRALIA: You may be charged 2.5% fees

* EUROPEAN UNION: You may be charged 2.5% fees, but rates are lower for some goods and is dependant on the country
